I CHOOSE TO FIND MEANING IN DIVERSE EXPERIENCES, AND I VIEW CHALLENGES AS CATALYSTS FOR GROWTH AND TRANSFORMATION.

12+ years experience as a personal trainer, health coach, movement therapist & somatic exploration practitioner.

10+ years working in a diversified realm of caretaking. Providing multidimensional stewardship to other’s offices, homes, pets, personal affairs, gardens, errands, etc. Facilitation of day-to-day tasks after a major injury, illness, or intense life event, and supporting service-to-other practitioners with a high workload and complex life dynamics.

8+ years as a holistic bodywork practitioner & fascial stretch therapist. Practicing a unique style of bodywork, combining vast anatomical knowledge with multidimensional awareness of meridian pathways, axiatonal lines, ancestral patterning, and developing perception of distorted energetic structures within one’s layers of being. This style of healing art directly accesses fascial memory storage/uncompleted traumatic imprints. This era of practice led to the further development of telempathic abilities; to be able to know and feel information, to assist in supporting others through patterns of suffering into a more aligned state of being.

5+ years practicing the art of seasonal eating, in alignment with the Chinese medicine calendar & earth cycles, supporting each organ network/element in its prospective season with specific herbs, flavors, cooking styles, and combinations of elements to optimize the health of each organ system and meridian pathway. In this practice, I have stabilized a lifelong pattern of intense disordered eating.

10+ years working with and creating edibles.

8+ years as a mycology enthusiast and alternative medicine explorer.

8+ years plant-based food foundation knowledge & practice.

The Shamanik Shop began over a decade ago in Providence, Rhode Island.

Michael attended Johnson & Wales University for Culinary Arts. Upon exiting college, he remained in Rhode Island and began to build a unique boutique shop, creating 100% organic and plant-based edibles for those navigating chronic pain, chronic illness, and various misalignments.

This was only the first iteration of his ultimate dream, which was to create an entire shop with a diversified cabinet of natural medicines & uniquely alchemized elements, to serve the earth and serve the people, and support loving reconnection to ourselves, to each other, to the earth and Divinity.

Michael has always been a visionary and dreamer, accessing incredible ideas and solutions to various distortions that exist here.

However, Michael had work to do in terms of addressing and integrating his own elements from life, and experienced an era of dark night. The Shamanik Shop went into a long period of dormancy.

When Michael and Christina met, there was an instantaneous connection and desire for bonding, and a deep sense of familiarity and compatibility that spanned beyond what they had ever felt before with previous partners.

Both felt naturally inclined to combine forces, and began experience growing pains, moving through various failures & mistakes in the trial & error period.

The Shamanik Shop is now a co-visionary venture. In which we work to bring through many medicines we have created together throughout our journey of healing.

This will continue to evolve as we do.
